How to know what ham are you buying?

Both, hams and shoulder blades that are denomination of Origin have a label or stiker that identifys the category. The identifications that you will find are:

• Label with the date of the slaughter and the DO (Denomination of Origine) logo.
  
• Label numbered with the DO's logo
  
• The manufacturer's commercial label
  
• In each Do, the acorn hams, recebo or campo have different color labels to identify them.
